ACSC Dept. 30 asked B&B to post the following Notice: Notice of Deviations in Standard Friday Asbestsos Calendar Dates      To accommodate holidays and judicial vacation periods there will be deviations from the weekly Friday Asbestos Calendar as follows: No Asbestos Calendar        Asbestos Calendar will Be Held On     December 25, 2009                        December 23, 2009    January 1, 2010                              None The Court would greatly appreciate counsel's assistance in taking these scheduling modifications into consideration when scheduling or attempting to schedule their cases in Dept 30.

Note: Cases listed are only those wherein Designated Defense Counsel (DDC) has received a Summons & Complaint and at least one participating defendant has reported in to DDC (or there is at least one remaining defendant that have not reported out). I.e. cases with no remaining defendants or cases wherein no defendant has reported into DDC are not listed. Please see Disclaimer.
