Berry&Berry is a five attorney litigation firm practicing throughout Northern California and particularly in Alameda, San Francisco, and Solano counties. Three of the senior principals of the firm have extensive trial experience, while the balance of the attorney staff is experienced in all phases of discovery and other trial preparation. Beyond its attorney staff, the firm's resources include a team of skilled and experienced paralegals and support staff.

ACSC Dept. 30 asked B&B to post the following Notice:

Below is a list of dark days in Dept. 30. There may be others later in the year but to date they are as follows:

      1/29/10 - alternate day 1/28/10
     2/12/10 - alternate day 2/11/10
     2/19/10 - no alternate day
     5/21/10 - no alternate day

The firm has considerable experience in handling and coordinating complex litigation matters. For the past eighteen years, we have coordinated the medical defense in some 18,000 cases in Northern California asbestos litigation. Since 1986, we have held that role by court order in several counties (superior court). In that capacity, we have worked cooperatively with many of the Northern California courts. We are familiar with the procedures, local rules and judges in these courts.

In addition to asbestos litigation, we have experience in product liability,
toxic tort, professional malpractice, bad faith, automobile, and other civil matters. We have particular expertise in complex medical issues and pharmaceutical and medical device product litigation.
